His parents gave birth to him on the 15th day of February 1995, in Milpitas, California, in the United States and he was named after his paternal uncle.

Talking about Vita Vea’s education, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers player studied at Milpitas High School, California, where he played running back for the school football team, scoring 11 touchdowns and gaining 578 yards on 47 carries in his senior year. Vita did not graduate with his mates; instead, the footballer completed several online courses that eventually allowed him to further his education.

The football player later proceeded to the University of Washington to study anthropology. He would join Washington Huskies football team. As a junior, he recorded 5.5 tackles for loss four pass breakups, 44 tackles, one blocked kick, and 3.5 sacks, four pass breakups and one blocked kick. Vita Vea is blessed with very supportive parents. The NFL star was born to Fipe Vea (mother) and Sione Vea (father). Coincidently, the couple was raised in Tongatapu, in the main island of Tonga but only met for the first time after they migrated to northern California. Before, Vita’s parents did multiple jobs just to make ends meet. At the time, Sione was managing a restaurant and was also a truck driver while his wife was a caregiver. The couple once lost their two homes and was forced to move to a motel with their children as a result of a mortgage crisis.

Fipe is said to have played a prominent role in shaping her son’s career. When Vita was still growing, she barred him from playing football until he was in 6th grade because she was scared he might be injured. Today, she is his biggest fan and has been very supportive of his robust career.

The NFL star has an older brother called Sifa Vea and he also has a sister called Alisi Vea, who is five years older than Sifa. Sifa is a football player who currently represents the Bismarck Bucks in the Champions Indoor Football in North Dakota. Like his younger brother, Sifa is a defensive tackle. During his budding years in college, he used to play as a fullback, offensive lineman, and linebacker. He attended Milpitas High School and later Foothill College.
