The couple has been married for more than a decade and are blessed with two children – a son named Vadim who was named in memory of Gennady’s brother Vadim who lost his life while in military service for the Russian Government; and a daughter who was born during GGG’s preparation for the big fight against Mexican champion Canelo Alvarez in 2017.

GGG also likes spending his free time with his family and loves playing with his son Vadim.

However, during his preparation for the big fight against Alvarez, his wife Alina gave birth to their beautiful daughter in September 2017.
