Grace’s parents, Arch Kelley III and Wynonna Judd, met each other in the early while they were both on board a flight from Los Angeles to Nashville. They got acquainted and began dating for a few years before she was conceived.
After giving birth to her in June 1996, her parents proceeded to seal their love in holy matrimony. The private event took place on September 3, 1996, and was attended by only close family members and friends.
Three years into their marriage, Grace Pauline Kelley’s parents called it quits. The pair got divorced in 1999, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their sudden divorce. Grace was left in the custody of her mother, Wynonna Judd.

Wynonna Judd’s Daughter Has Had Several Run-ins With The Law
As a teenager, Grace Pauline Kelley has always gotten herself into trouble. In 2011, she had gone missing for days after a fight broke out while she was on her way back from boarding school. In December 2012, she was sent to a six-month behavioral camp.
Grace’s first arrest was at the Nashville Walgreen store on December 18, 2015. The police had stated that Grace’s vehicle had been at the site for some time, and the detectives had seen her leave the car and enter the shop. When she got pulled over for investigation, they noticed the vehicle plate number was hanging on one screw.
While the interrogation was still ongoing, an individual at the scene gave the officers a plastic bag that was in her possession. On searching the bag, they found pseudoephedrine and a bill for the purchase of Coleman fuel. These products, according to the detectives, are the ingredients required to make methamphetamine.
They also discovered that Grace was banned from purchasing pseudoephedrine as she was a regular buyer. With all the evidence gathered against her, she was arrested and charged with meth manufacture.
In November 2016, in Alabama, the celebrity kid was arrested for being a fugitive from justice, and her case was taken to the court for a hearing. By February 20, 2017, she was put behind bars in Tennessee for attempting to escape from the law and was charged with escaping arrest and drug use.
Grace Pauline Kelley kept on getting into trouble and was in and out of police custody. On June 2016, she got arrested in Williamson County and Maury County and was charged with meth production, selling, delivery, and possession.
At Williamson County Court in Tennessee, she pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced to serve 11 months and 29 days in jail. This sentence was revoked, and she was made to serve 30 days behind bars. She came out of prison and was on probation.
As the years went by, her legal troubles continued to intensify as she got arrested again for the second time in 2018 for violating probation and was sentenced to serve eight years in prison. The sentencing took place at West Tennessee State Penitentiary. During her serving eight years of jail term, she was granted parole and released from prison in November 2019.
She is Presently Serving Jail Term
In August 2021, Grace was arrested again for the third time for violating probation and was held behind bars in Williamson County Jail in Tennessee. She is currently in prison, serving her sentence at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville. Her release date has been set for March 16, 2024.
