The gorgeous actress was born on July 30th, 1980 in Vallejo, California. But she spent her formative years in Manteca, also in California. According to various sources, Bowlby’s family played a major role in her upbringing, however, she has not shared much detail about members of the said family.

The actress attended East Union High School after which she proceeded to Moorpark College where she studied Marine Biology, French, and Ballet.
