American football outside linebacker Von Miller was the 2nd overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft where he was drafted by the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. Vonnie B’Vsean Miller Jr. was born to Von and Gloria Miller on March 26, 1989, in Dallas, Texas. He was raised alongside a younger brother named Vinsynzie “Vins” Miller. As a two-sport high school athlete, Miller played with the school’s DeSoto Eagles high school football team and also ran track & field.
