Vanessa Vadim is the famous daughter of entertainment heavyweights Roger Vadim and Jane Fonda. She was born in Paris, France, on the 28th of September 1968. The filmmaker holds French nationality and belongs to Causacian ancestry.

Vanessa’s parents got married in the year 1965 and divorced eight years later. The two are multi-award winning performers and multihyphenates. The filmmaker has four siblings which include Vania Plemiannikov (born 1974), Christian Vadim, Nathalie Vadim, and Troy Garity. The first, Vania came from her father’s marital relationship with Catherine Schneider, whom he married in the year 1975 and divorced in 1977. Christian (born 18 June 1963, in Boulogne-Billancourt, France) came from Roger’s relationship with the French actress, producer, model, and singer, Catherine Deneuve.

Moving forward, Nathalie is the daughter of Roger and Denmark-born actress Annette Stroyberg (died 2005). The pair met and fell in love while filming the project, Les Liaisons dangereuses. They tied the knot on June 17, 1958, and later divorced in the year 1961. Garity, an accomplished screen actor is the son of Jane Fonda and Tom Hayden. Fonda had him after she divorced Roger and married Tom, a political activist, author, and politician.

Vanessa Vadim is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where she spent years studying for her degree. She joined her family in the show business after her graduation. Given that she was born in a family with a long history in entertainment, it was no surprise that she decided to follow her parent’s footsteps.

Vanessa Vadim is currently married to her Paul Van Waggoner, her long-term sweetheart. They exchanged their marital vows in a small color wedding ceremony held on the 12th of June 2010 at St. Tropez, France.

Before Waggoner, she was married to film producer, Mark Arnett. Although the exact year and location of their wedding are not known, their marital relationship is said to have survived for a few years before it spiraled into divorce.

Vanessa Vadim did not give birth to her own children while her union with Mark lasted. Since she married Paul, there has not been any report about her giving birth to children.
