She was raised alongside two younger siblings, sisters – Heiden and Karter. She had her early education at Hahaione Elementary School in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu. Later on, she attended Kaiser High School. She is known to have been a very active child, a star in her high school cheerleading team and she also took part in gymnastics.

In 2010, 8-year old Teilor Grubbs successfully auditioned for a role in television series Hawaii Five-O, a remake of a 1970s series of the same name. The pilot of the series was picked by CBS network and Grubbs landed the recurring role of Grace Williams, the daughter of one of the show’s main characters Danny “Danno” Williams, played by Scott Caan. She was a series regular from season one to season 7 (2010-17) and she also made an appearance in season 9.

Grubbs has since ventured into the world of movies and she has also moved to Los Angeles. The talented actress voiced the character Leilani in the children’s animated film The Legend of Hallowaiian (2018). She equally starred as Young Rose in the thriller horror movie The Dawn (2019).
