Robert Capron is popularly known as an actor film director, film producer, comedian, and voice artist who had his first chance at acting when he was cast in the movie, Bride Wars after which he starred in Hachiko: A Dog’s Story, a movie in which he had a small role. However, it was his work on the first three installments of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid film series that launched him into fame. On the series, he played the character of Rowley Jefferson. Robert Capron – Bio, Age

Robert B. Capron III. (simply known as Robert Capron) was born in Providence, Rhode Island, United States, to Robert Capron Sr. and Kaye Capron, on the 9th of July 1998.  His ethnicity is Caucasian and he is fully American. His parents had a major influence on his desire to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, as his father is an actor, while his mother is a performer. Some of his hobbies include; writing, acting, swimming, playing tennis and video games. In terms of his education, he gained admission into Brown University where he studied screenwriting, theatre, and film studies. In 2019, he briefly enrolled into Fordham University during the Spring season in order to attend London Dramatic Academy Program which held in the university.

Robert Capron began appearing on stage plays when he was eight years old and one of his most memorable was the play which was  put together by the ‘Trinity Repertory Company.’ His debut on screen was recorded in the comedy film, Bride Wars. In 2009, due to his performance even at such a young age, Capron was subsequently cast in the movie, Hachi: A Dog’s Tale where he acted just a minor part.

In 2010, he experienced a breakthrough in his career after being cast in the movie series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid playing the character of Greg Heffley. His stellar performance did well to earn him a Young Artist Award. Also, he was featured in two scenes of the of Canadian-American frightfulness dream TV arrangement show, The Haunting Hour. Robert Capron later won two more Young Artist Awards in 2013.
