Paul Walker Biography
On September 12, 1973, the birth of the actor occurred in Glendale, California, to the delight of his parents Cheryl (mother), and Paul William Walker III (father), who welcomed him as their first child. His ancestry is a mix of English, Swiss, Gerrman, and Irish. Like his paternal grandfather, Paul’s father was a boxer and has two Golden Gloves titles to his name. On the other hand, his mother worked as a fashion model and thus, introduced her son who inherited her good looks to the industry.
Paul Walker spent most of his early years in Los Angeles and got his high school education from Sun Valley’s Village Christian School after which he bagged a college degree in Marine Biology.
Regardless of the formal education he received, Paul’s inclination to acting was too strong and he eventually ended up in Hollywood. He started out with guest roles on TV shows like Touched by an Angel which aired in the 1990s. He was also starring in movies at the same time but gained recognition in 1999 with his role as Lance Harbour in Varsity Blues and Dean Sampson in She’s All That. Some of his movies include – Joy Ride (2001), Timeline (2003), Into the Blue (2005), among many others.
In 2001, Paul’s career and popularity experienced an upsurge with his spot in the cast of The Fast and the Furious (2001). He got to reprise his role as Brian O’Conner in five out of the blockbuster’s six installments but right in the middle of filming the last one titled Furious 7, released in 2015, he met an end to his life in 2013. The last installment of the top-grossing franchise was later released posthumously after being completed with body doubles and pulled in $1.7 billion internationally.
Before his untimely demise, Paul Walker was nominated for several awards most of which he won for his contribution to the Fast and Furious franchise. He was also involved in charity and started the disaster-relief charity Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW) to help the victims of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. The actor’s ashes were interred in Los Angeles, California at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Caleb and Cody are the two brothers left to mourn the departed actor. They both have a remarkable resemblance to their late brother and came to the rescue when The Furious 7 went on a hiatus due to the sudden absence of Paul Walker. They acted in his place as body doubles/stand-ins.
The brothers and visual effects artists, with the help of CGI, worked the magic in scenes Paul was supposed to appear and they apparently did a good job as the film was released in April 2015, bringing the late actor back to life for the last time.
Daughter, Wife Or Girlfriend
Being a stunner, Paul Walker may have dated a few beautiful ladies in the past but the one that took center stage was his relationship with Rebecca Soteros. His romance was not much of a media topic but it saw to the birth of Paul’s only child, a daughter named Meadow Rain Walker.
Meadow was born on November 4, 1998, in Northern California, California, United States. This means she was only 14 at the time she had to face the tragic death of her father. She is currently living her life somewhat away from media attention but has become friends with some of her late father’s co-stars and singer Justin Bieber. Meadow is equally known for suing Porsche for the auto crash that killed her father. The wrongful death lawsuit she filed suggested that the Porsche Carrera GT which Paul died in contributed to the fatal accident.
Meadow Walker is the sole benefactor in her father’s will where he also requested that his mother acts as her legal guardian.
Paul Walker took part in several top-grossing movies prior to his death. Thus, he left behind a $25 million fortune as his last estimated net worth which was put together in 2014.
