Rodriguez’s full name is Mayte Michelle Rodriguez and she was born in San Antonio, Texas, on the 12th day of July 1978. Her father Rafael Rodriguez is a native of Puerto Rico and her mother Carmen Milady Rodriguez is Dominican. She has ten siblings and half-siblings too.
From the age of eight to eleven, she lived in the Dominican Republic with her mother and would later live in Puerto Rico until the age of seventeen when she finally settled down in Jersey City, New Jersey, NJ. Before earning her GED, Michelle Rodriguez was expelled from five different schools.
