Lola Luna Glaudini was born in Manhattan, New York, on November 24, 1971, as the daughter of playwright Robert Glaudini and Nina Diane Kapler (already divorced). She is a descendant of three ancestries; Sicilian Italian, Russian Jewish and Ukrainian Jewish. Her father is not only a playwright, but he’s also a director, actor, and teacher. Glaudini even starred in one of her father’s play The Poison. Her mother, who remarried, is a writer and college instructor in California.
Growing up in a family inclined towards entertainment, Glaudini was largely influenced into following suit. She attended Bard College, a private liberal art college in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York.
Glaudini started appearing in films in 1996 first of which was Without a Map. The same year, she debuted on television, starring as Dolores Mayo, a heroin-addicted office assistant in episodes of NYPD Blue; before then, she was a regular on Criminal Minds.
Besides appearing in short films, episodes and recurring roles, she landed her first main role as the character Heather in the 2003 – 2004 crime series, The Handler. Some of her remarkable character portrayals include Federal Agent Deborah Ciccerone-Waldrup in the HBO series The Sopranos (2001 and 2004).

Although the 5 feet 8 inches (1.73 m) actress did not confirm or clarify her reason for quitting the show which filmed in and around Los Angeles, some source said she was not happy living in Los Angeles and wanted to move back to the east coast.
The Executive Producer of the show Ed Bernero in his comments on Lola Glaudini exit said that “it was definitely a mutual decision”. According to him, they were looking for a way to shake the cast up a little bit, and she really wanted to go home.
Glaudini lives in New York and wished to return to her home and do theater. Bernero explained that she didn’t like it in Los Angeles and it was a very amicable parting. Also, there was no reason to mention her exit in the show.
Lola Glaudini and her husband Stuart England, a jewelry designer, got married in 2005 after dating for a while. Their marriage has stood the test of time and for more than a decade, they still look happy and fulfilled with their two children (both sons): Valentino England and Montaigne England.
