Dunn began his career with WWE in 1984, first as an associate producer. Later, he got promoted as one of the executive producers of all WWE, manning the programming room, both domestic and international in 1993. Exactly the same year, the company’s flagship show, Monday Night Raw was debuted.

With his exposure in the media field, Dunn is regarded as one who had the rare chance to weave his directing and producing talents on some of the significant telecasts in the history of wrestling. He was among the team that brought the widely accepted concept currently called WrestleMania to reality as well as the Line Producer on some other breakthrough live events in TV entertainment history.

At that time, up to 93, 000 fans were watching WrestleMania III while thousands more joined in via pay-per-view. With his knowledge of the latest television tech and with proper management of his team, Dunn created an enabling environment that produces five hours of original weekly prime-time programming, precisely 52 weeks every year with no re-runs.

Currently, WrestleMania produces shows such as Monday Night RAW, Friday Night SmackDown and ECW: Extreme Championship Wrestling which is generally rated as successful and is watched in more than 145 countries and interpreted in 28 languages.

Dunn did not restrict his career exploits to WWE arena. Working on projects such as The Slammy Awards, a product of MTV Network, brought his talents into a mainstream media exposure.

Besides cradling many management responsibilities, Dunn remains project director both in the studio and out in the field. His years of loyalty to the company has elevated him to the Board of Directors.
