Medical drama lovers would most likely remember Kerry Bishe from the Scrubs, where she portrayed the lead character, Lucy Bennett. She portrayed the role for 13 episodes before it was canceled by ABC. However, the exposure was enough to set her career up for the next level. She would next be known as the main character, Donna Clark in AMC’s period drama Halt and Catch Fire. On the big screen, Bishe has also established her presence with films like the Ben Affleck-directed Argo.

In a September 2017 interview with Variety, Kerry Bishe explained that acting to her is more of a means to an end, the end which is to be able to understand herself as well as other people by relating to each of the characters she portrays.
Her first screen role came in a small part in the low-budget film, The Half-Life of Mason Lake. The following year, she began appearing simultaneously both in films and TV shows. She appeared as an extra in the film version of Sex and the City. Her debut small screen role which came in the TV movie, Night Life was a small but significant one as it was the first time she worked with Zach Braff who would later work with her on Scrubs which was her first major TV role. In recent years, Kerry Bishe can be seen in the Netflix Original series, Narcos.
Outside of film, Kerry Bishe is known for building a 16-foot boat.
Kerry Bishe Husband and Parents
Kerry Bishe has never been married but is in a seemingly serious relationship with American television and film actor, Chris Lowell. News of their relationship surfaced in the media in late 2015.
The couple took their relationship to the next level when they moved in together by early 2016. According to New York City celebrity gossip property reports, Chris Lowell made away with his duplex bachelor pad located in Greenwich Village for $1.05 million. He then combined forces with Kerry Bishe to scoop a boutique co-operative apartment house in Soho for $2.15 million where they have since been co-habiting.
Should the two eventually decide to walk down the aisle or start a family together, the triplex maisonette would be very enough to accommodate their brood. Bishe’s potential husband, like herself, has been in the entertainment scene for quite some time. He began professionally in 2004, three years earlier than Bishe.
Lowell got his big break portraying the role of Stosh “Piz” Piznarski in the teen series, Veronica Mars. He would later reprise the role in the 2014 film adaptation of the series. Lowell then played the part of William ‘Dell’ Parker in the medical dramas Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice. His next big gig was portraying Stuart Whitworth in the Oscar-nominated film, The Help.
In addition to acting, Chris Lowell enjoys filmmaking as well as photography. A good vocalist, he is part of the indie acoustic band Two Shots for Poe where he also gets to play the harmonica.
Though the couple remains largely tight-lipped about their relationship, they seldom post photos of each other on their respective Instagram pages, without giving too much away in the caption of course.
Kerry Bishe’s only parent known to the public is her father Kenneth Bishé. He taught social studies at New Jersey’s Montclair Kimberley Academy, where Kerry had schooled before heading to college.
