One might find it hard to believe that a physician can also possess the charm of an actor and comedian which is true of Ken Jeong who besides the fact that he is a licensed physician has also honed his acting career and his stand-up comedy talents. His Wife’s Fight Against Cancer

Approximately a year after the birth of their daughters, Ken’s wife Tran was diagnosed with breast cancer which was a very traumatic experience for the new mother. However, with several treatments and after undergoing series of chemotherapy, she finally won the battle against the deadly disease in 2010.

Tran revealed in an interview with ABC News reporter Amy Robach who is also a breast cancer survivor that her main encouragement came from her husband Ken who did all he could to ensure she was stress-free during the treatment. She also said that her treatment process collided with the filming of the movie The Hangover which turned out to be a very therapeutic movie for Tran who would laugh at the hilarious stunts Ken was pulling in the film as a Korean speaking Vietnamese. This lightened the mood between the couple and the actor also revealed he felt he was romantically communicating with his wife while shooting the movie which pushed him further to give his best to the film.
