Her father worked as a cab driver who turned into a professional hypnotherapist. She grew up along with her two sisters named Amy and Claire Silverton. While she was growing up, Kate schooled at West Hatch High School situated in Chigwell, Essex. She was so active in athletics and was a swimming champion during her junior year.
