The shooting guard was born Joshua O’Neal Jackson on 10th February 1997 in San Diego, California. His mother, Apple Jones is a black-American and she served in the US Navy. There’s no information about his biological father, but he was raised by his stepfather Clarence Jones. Josh inherited his wonderful skills from his mom; she played basketball while at the University of Texas. Jackson’s stepfather is also a basketball player and he passed away in 2014 while he was participating in a tournament in Las Vegas.
