John Salley, a veteran American former professional basketball player who later became a television personality and an actor, is said to have been raised in Georgia where he received his high school education at the Canarsie High School and, that he started to play basketball before he proceeded to Georgia Tech College of Management where he also played college basketball, rocking the number 22 Jersey.
He eventually graduated from the institution in 1986 and moved on to kick off his professional career.
