Joey Salads’ Biography

The social media influencer was born December 10, 1993, in Staten Island, New York – this makes him a citizen of the United States of America. Owing to the situation of things before his meteoric rise to fame, extensive details about his personal life were not publicly known but the names of the YouTube prankster’s grandmother is Joy Cirigliano. She lives in Prince’s Ba together with her husband who was the owner of the Marina Café before it was swept off by Hurricane Sandy. Joey attended St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School, a co-educational Catholic school in Staten Island, from where he proceeded to college to further his education.

Regarding his rise to prominence, Salads had always wanted to be famous right from his childhood. He started life as a pizza delivery boy and successfully transitioned to “humour delivery boy” after fortune smiled on him sometime in September 2012.

But before recording a breakthrough in his journey to stardom, he had a brief stint on Vine. Joey Salads left Vine for YouTube after staying around for some time. Not long after his exit from Vine, just within few months, the YouTube phenomenon was launched into stardom – many thanks to his witty plots and unmatched sense of humour.

In the little time Joey has been on YouTube, he has faced so many challenges and confrontations from critics. On several occasions, he was called out for posting fake videos for public consumption, leading to him apologizing to the general public.

The most controversial of all his videos is a viral video relating to Donald Trump’s social experiment. In the said video, a group of black men in a certain locality were seen charging at a car decorated with Trump’s promotional sticker. The video, in essence, tried to prove that the young men acted discriminately against Trump but after a thorough investigation, it was found that the black men in the video were all actors and that the video was staged.

Some of his notably controversial videos are  Radical Islam vs. Radical Christianity and Transgender in Women’s Bathroom.

In addition, Salads is said to have a past history of playing pornographic roles on Snapchat. It was alleged that he stuck his manhood in a plate of food and asked his fans to touch it. Although he claimed he did it as a result of frustration and cluelessness, the act cost him a good number of his YouTube fans.
