Born April 9th, 1963 with full name Charles Joseph Scarborough in Atlanta, Georgia U.S.A to parents Mary Clark and George Francis Scarborough alongside his two other siblings, Joe Scarborough holds an American nationality and his ethnicity is said to be North American.
The TV personality completed his early education at the Pensacola Catholic High School located at Pensacola, Florida State and after that, he went to the University of Alabama where he earned a B.A then proceeded to the University of Florida’s College of Law for his J.D in 1990.
