Reality TV, modeling, reporting, and acting, Jill Nicolini has done it all. However, in recent years, she has focused more on reporting, anchoring, and hosting on CBS TV. Nicolini is also a traffic reporter on WPIX 11 in New York City, a role she assumed in the spring of 2017.
Jill Nicolini Bio
Jill Marie Nicolini was born on January 10, 1978, in Farmingville, New York. She attended Sachem South High School from where she graduated in 1996. It might surprise you to know that Nicolini has not one but two degrees. Yh! She’s far from being just a pretty face with a hot bod. According to her LinkedIn profile, Nicolini attended Stony Brook University from 1996 to 1998, during which she studied Pre-Medicine.
She then studied at Suffolk County Community College from where she earned an associates degree in communications and media studies in 1999. Wasting no time, she immediately went back to school, this time, the New York Institute of Technology where she earned a Master’s degree in Communications and Media Studies in 2001.
Before going professional with her career, Nicolini delved into show business; modeling and acting. In 2002, she won the Miss Long Island crown, however, she was stripped of the title in 2002 when evidence surfaced that she had in 2001 posed naked for Playboy’s Magazine’s “College Girls” Special Edition. As a result, she couldn’t compete for the Miss New York Crown.
To make ends meet, she continued working as a model and scored small parts in a couple of films.
Jill then landed a job as a hostess for an NHL team. While working that job, she was picked up by the makers of Fox reality TV show, Married by America. On the show, she was paired up with former pro baseball player Kevin Gallaher to make one of five couples that made up the show. Jill and Kev went on to win the show but as a result of a string of problems didn’t get married. Consequently, they forfeited the $500,000 prize offered by Fox.
Done with reality TV, Nicolini in March 2004 landed her first professional reporting job at Tribune Broadcasting’s WPIX. She worked as the weekday morning traffic reporter and remained with the media company for 7 years and 7 months, leaving in September 2011.
Nicolini then joined Fox News Channel’s WNYW, channel 5, as an entertainment and feature reporter. Her stint lasting for a little over two years. In October 2013, she began working as an entertainment reporter for CBS 2. When she can, Nicolini accepts acting gigs. Some of her recent films include Annie (2014), and Zizi and Honeyboy (2018).
As far as we know, Nicolini has never been married before, but there is a twist somewhere. Her first marriage could have easily been with Kevin Gallaher, but they never made it down the aisle.
Jill has had a couple of relationships in the past that the media has known about. She dated Opie and Anthony radio show host Anthony Cumia in 2008. However, their relationship was short-lived as they broke up after Jill walked in on him in bed with a 20-year old blonde who was later discovered to be a porn star.
Jill then began dating hedge-fund manager Joseph Di Virgilio. However, the outcome of that relationship remains unknown to the media. It was also the last time the details of Jill’s romantic life went public. As a result, her fans were shocked in 2014 when she announced that she was expecting a child.
She birthed a son a few months later and named him Austin Thomas. According to the photos she has posted on social media, it became clear that the father of her son is a certain Peter Khachadurian.
Peter and Jill began tweeting each other in October 2014, the same year Austin was born. In one tweet, she referred to Peter as her Armenian boyfriend and hinted that they live in the same room.

More proof? In February 2017, Nicolini welcomed a second child, a son named Jackson Henry. She took to her Facebook page to reveal the boy’s birth and tagged Peter who was present at the hospital, to the post. The profile photo on Peter’s Facebook and Instagram page features himself and Jill with the two kids.
Also, we dug deeper into Nicolini’s page and discovered that she has also posted family pictures of herself and Peter with the two boys. With all of these pieces of evidence, it is clear that Peter Khachadurian is the father of Jill Nicolini’s sons. Whether they are married or not remains a mystery.
According to Peter’s LinkedIn profile, he works as a sales rep for Dave Bofill Marine Inc. Also, he was the previous owner of Photo Plus Inc.
