Jenna was born in Ormond Beach, Florida on the 9th day of September 1987. Her journey to becoming one of the hottest models in the States with the hottest body wasn’t a smooth one. She revealed that she went from 110-lbs to 135-lbs as a 10th-grade student and this resulted in her hating body and suffering terribly from insecurities.
She developed an eating disorder which led to her being hospitalized and after surviving the disorder, she was determined never to become a victim of another disorder, thus, she began reading books and educating herself on healthy eating habits. It was during this time that she stumbled on the six meal a day eating schedule.
Webb recalled being terrified by the schedule at first but after trying it out for a few weeks with constant exercise, she began noticing tremendous improvement so she continued and the result of her hard work and determination has paid off. Today, she has graced the pages of several well-known notable magazines like Muscle & Fitness, Maxim, Sports Illustrated, Shape, Muscle Evolution, Planet Muscle, Oxygen Magazine, Musclemag, X-Fitness, Ironman, and many others.
Wondering what her diet looks like? Jenna Renee Webb told simplyshredded.com that she eats clean every day, all year round, except on special days like holidays or her birthday. Below is a sample of what her daily diet schedule looks like:
- Meal 1: Water, 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 or 2 cups of coffee
- Meal 2: Water, protein shake
- Meal 3: grilled chicken breast, green beans
- Meal 4: Water, protein shake with an apple and peanut butter or a homemade protein bar
- Meal 5: Bison steak, 1/2 sweet potato, green beans
- Meal 6: 6 egg whites and some fat-free cottage cheese (6th meal is taken only when needed).
And for supplements, she takes multivitamins, a pre-workout supplement (when she feels she needs any) BCAA’s, glutamine, and whey protein.
Jenna is not the only child of her parents, she has two older siblings – a brother and a sister. The model was married to UFC fighter Travis Browne. The couple got married in January 2015 and were separated by June of the same year after the model accused the fighter of domestic violence.
Despite Browne denying ever getting physical with Jenna, the model had photos to back up her claims. This led to the fighter being banned by UFC until it concluded its investigations and cleared him of all allegations. Their divorce was finalized in 2016.
Travis has since moved on with his life. He is currently dating former Women’s Bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey, who he was rumored to have been seeing while still married to Jenna.

While other ladies may get turned on by a man’s abs or what have you, Webb finds that a man’s neck & shoulders are the most attractive to her, she considers it the sexiest parts of a man’s body.
