Professional actor cum martial artist Jason David Frank was born on the 4th day of September 1973, in the city of Covina, California, and he is of American nationality. Not much is known about his early life and education but it was gathered that at a very young age, Jason was extremely passionate about martial art and when he was four, he was enrolled in the Red Dragon Karate school, to groom his skills.
Aside from his interest in martial arts, Jason also tried his hands in the film industry and went for an audition to play the role of a Red Ranger but failed to earn the role after losing to his opponent Austin St. John. However, in 1993, he tried the audition again for the second time and fortunately for him, he was chosen to feature in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series as Tommy Oliver, the Green rangers.
