Emma Willis Biography, Age

The media personality was identified as Emma Louise Griffiths up until her marriage before she now goes by Emma Louise Willis. Her birth took place in Birmingham, West Midlands, England on the 18th of March 1976 to Cathy Griffiths (mother – a theatre assistant) and Steve Griffiths (father – a postman), she has an older sister Sharon and a younger one Rebecca.

There are no records of her time in college or university like it is called in England, the next phase of her life that we got information on was the beginning of her career on television.

In the year 2002, Emma kicked off her burgeoning television career with a job as a presenter on MTV. As she learned the ropes, the former model tried her hands on other shows like Loose Women, CD:UK  and This Morning from which she never got her fingers burnt but rather impressed her employers in no small way.

Five years later in 2007, Emma Willis presented I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! NOW! a spin-off series on ITV2 with her future husband. On the other hand, she also co-presented Prize Island in 2013 with Alexander Armstrong.

In the course of time, Emma was hired by Channel 4 to present Big Brother’s Big Mouth between 2005 and 2010. After that, she began presenting the Celebrity Big Brother online spin-off in 2010. Her career spanned across to Channel 5 when she replaced Melinda Messenger on Live from Studio Five before she left to co-present Big Brother’s Little Brother.

In 2013, she was brought in by BBC to replace Holly Willoughby on the talent show The Voice UK which showed on BBC One. Her career on television continues to surge to greater heights with more roles certainly coming her way in the future.

For someone with a career which grew from its cradle to be where it is now and still yearning to attain many career milestones, Emma Willis certainly deserves a pat on the back for her efforts all these years. Better still, she has got something more satisfying than a pat on the back with a net worth estimated to be about $2.5 million.
