Deborah Jennifer Stern’s family can be described as close even though they are not all under the same roof and are prone to disagreements. The Patriarch of the family – Howard Stern, is an American radio and television personality, a producer, author, actor, and photographer; which is probably where his daughters got the knack from. Her mother Alison Berns got divorced from Howard in 1999 and is currently married to David Simon.

Long after his 1999 divorce from his first love Alisson Berns, the patriarch of the Stern family started dating model Beth Ostrosky. The relationship led them to the altar on October 3, 2008.

While Deborah pursued a career in becoming an Education Consultant the eldest Stern daughter Emily Stern studied theater arts in New York University’s Tish School of Arts to enable her to pursue her acting career professionally. Emily also has a flair for music, she has written and released a few songs. Her first music album titled Birthday was produced by Tree of light publishing and was released in 2003. To further prove that she is a lady of many talents, Emily has a burning desire for photography and owns an exhibit center at the Hadas Gallery in Brooklyn.

On her own part, Deborah’s younger sister Ashley Jade has done a very good job in keeping details of her life away from the media. Like her oldest sister Emily, it is believed that the divorce between Howard and Alisson had a huge effect on the love lives of their children, so, Ashley is still very single. The three siblings have an estranged relationship with their Father’s wife Beth.

For a while, it seemed like the traumatic experience of watching her parents get divorced was going to stop Deborah from having her happily ever after.
