How To Cancel Your CBS All Access Subscription

Many things will bother you but canceling your CBS All Access subscription shouldn’t be one of them. There are lots of reasons why people want to cancel their subscriptions as the package might have become more expensive or they have exhausted all the available content that catches their interest and simply prefer to try another outlet.

CBS All Access offers all kinds of programming content online for viewers to watch on the go. It’s a great way to keep up with all your favorite CBS programs if you are a huge fan of the network and the shows they broadcast. Compared to other online streaming options that are in the market right now, CBS All Access is quite cheap as you only get charged $5.99 for the ad-supported plan and $9.99 for the ad-free experience.

The service allows you to enjoy all the programs you want for free for one week after which you can decide to stick with it or walk away if you feel it doesn’t meet your needs. However, if you do subscribe but realize along the line that you no longer want to continue using CBS All Access, you can easily cancel your subscription. All you have to do is follow the detailed step-by-step guide below to cancel your CBS All Access plan without hassle.

Step 1: Visit the CBS All Access Site and Log In to Your Account

This is fairly easy to do. Simply enter the website address for CBS All Access Subscription or Google it, then go to the upper-right corner and click on the button that says “Sign In”. Enter your password and your email address to log in. If you have forgotten the password you used, simply click “Forgot Password” to recover it. If you created your CBS All Access account through social media, then click on that option, enter your username or handle, followed by your password to sign in.

Step 2: Go to the Account Page

Step 4: Confirm Your Cancellation Again

Are you sure you haven’t changed your mind about canceling your CBS All Access subscription? Yes? You will be taken to a cancellation terms page, click the box that says “I understand the terms of cancellation and want to cancel my account”, and then scroll down and click “Yes, cancel my subscription”.

Step 5: Choose the Reason You’re Cancelling Your Subscription

CBS All Access wants to know the reason you want to leave the platform, so feel free to select the option that best explains your decision.

Step 6: Confirm your Cancellation One Final Time

After selecting your reason for wanting to cancel your CBS All Access subscription, you will have to scroll down and click the button labeled “Complete Cancellation”.

Step 7: Voila! You’re Free!

Congratulations. You have now canceled your CBS All Access account. However, if your billing cycle has not yet expired, you can continue watching all your favorite content until it does. This means that you don’t have to wait until your renewal period draws near before canceling your subscription. You can do it the right away and keep watching whatever you like until your current plan expires.

Once your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to view content on CBS All Access and you will have to resubscribe again in the future if you decide to go back to using the platform.
