Bryan Callen is a reputable American stand-up comedian, actor, podcaster and writer. He debuted his entertainment career in 1995 and got his big break immediately by becoming one of the original cast members on the sketch comedy series MADtv.
If you were a fan of that show, then Callen’s impersonation of political figures such as Al Gore, Bill Clinton, Arnold Schwarzenegger as well as actors like Steven Seagal and Robert De Niro might still be fresh in your memory.
Callen solidified his presence in comedy with numerous appearances in TruTV Presents: World’s Dumbest which premiered in 2008 and ended in 2014. His The Fighter and The Kid Podcast has been a tremendous success, charting in countries overseas.
Bryan Callen Family, Wife
Bryan Callen began his own family in 2008 when he tied the knot with long-time girlfriend Amanda Callen (nee Humphrey). Bryan’s wife is not a celebrity, thus very little is known about her and her relationship with Bryan Callen. Their wedding was shrouded in secrecy and not a word of it surfaced in the media.
Amanda does keep an Instagram account, scratch that, two Instagram accounts. One carries her name Amanda Callen, but the privy celeb wife keeps that one strictly private. On the bio of the account, Amada writes; “Nothing to see here folks, check out @wyfe_of_bryan,” referring to her second account which she created for public consumption.
We went snooking around that account and it seems Amanda is really a fun person. For starters, she loves to go horse riding and she skies… quite an athletic woman. But if that got you into thinking that Mrs Callen is a tomboy, well think again – Amanda Callen takes her facials and visits to the spa very seriously and makes out time to document the details to her over 560 followers. What’s more? She loves dogs.
Bryan Callen and his wife share two kids between them; a boy and a girl. However, the comedian isn’t one to share the details of his family with the public. He has remained very private about his kids, shielding them away from the spotlight as much as possible. In a 2014 interview with Metro News (now The Star), Callen did talk about how being a dad has made him become a new person as his kids look up to him.
Bryan and his wife Amanda barely post photos of their kids online, and when they do, their faces are either not conspicuous or completely hidden from the camera, like this one (pictured above) posted by Amanda on Instagram in November 2017.
