Bruno Mars’ Family – Dad, Mom, Parents

Bruno Mars has complex family roots. His father, Peter Hernandez, is a Jewish-Puerto Rican-American while his mother, Bernadette San Pedro Bayot is Spanish-Filipino. Bruno’s parents met in a show where his father, Peter was a percussionist and his mother, Bernadette a hula dancer.

Bruno’s craft has been greatly influenced by his family and he owes most of his performing skills, vocal dexterity, and versatility to being affiliated with his family’s band.
