Amy Schumer, the sultry screen diva was born on the 1st of June 1981 in Manhattan, New York, United States of America. She is an actress, writer, stand-up comedian, and a producer. Amy is the charming daughter of Sandra Jane and Gordon David Schumer, owners of a baby furniture company. She and her mother relocated to Long Island where she enrolled in high school. She has two beautiful siblings: Kim Caramele and a half-brother, Jason Stein. While Kim is a producer and a comedy writer, Jason is a musician in Chicago, Illinois.

Recovering from a failed audition for an earlier season, she proceeded to the finishing stage of the season five of Last Comic Standing, NBC’s television talent show.
