Alan Michael Ritchson was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, to Vickie Harrell, a high school teacher, and David Ritchson, a U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, on the 28th of November 1984. He has a Czech, English, and German descent. One thing he got to learn even as a young lad is the ability to adapt, socialize and build friendships in new and unfamiliar environments. This was due to his family’s frequent movements as a result of his father’s job as a military personnel.
