Meet Joseline Hernandez’s Daughter and Husband Balistic Beats

Joseline Hernandez’s daughter is Bonnie Bella Jordan, whom she had with her former boyfriend, Stevie J on the 28th of December 2016. Hernandez’s relationship with Stevie J has since ended, and she has moved on to Robin Ingoum, aka Balistic Beats, a music producer who is now her husband.

Who Is Joseline Hernandez’s Daughter, Bonnie Bella Jordan?

  • Full Name: Bonnie Bella Jordan
  • Date of Birth: 28th of December 2016
  • Age: 7 years old
  • Place of Birth: Atlanta, Georgia

Bonnie Bella Jordan is the daughter of Joseline Hernandez and her ex-boyfriend Steven Aaron Jordan, a DJ, record producer, and TV personality popularly known as Stevie J. Her mother announced that she was pregnant with her during the filming of the 5th season reunion of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. She eventually gave birth to her on the 28th of December 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia. Her birth is chronicled in the special Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: Joseline’s Special Delivery which was broadcast to 2.18 million viewers on May 1, 2017, during the sixth season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. The little girl has also made uncredited appearances in the 6th and 7th seasons of the show.

On April 30, 2021, little Miss Bonnie unlocked a new academic level as she graduated from pre-kindergarten. Sharing the news on her Instagram, the proud mom posted a beautiful picture of her priceless jewel and captioned it, “Everyone tell my daughter @bonniebellahernandez congratulations on her pre k graduation.” In response, fans praised the little girl as they congratulated her for achieving an important milestone. Meanwhile, as young as she is, Bonnie has become an Instagram celebrity in her own right with more than 155,000 followers on the platform.

Being the daughter of a Puerto Rican mother and an African American father, Bonnie is an afro-Latina. While she is her mother’s first child, she is the sixth child and fourth daughter of her father through whom she has five half-siblings, including two half-brothers – Dorian Henderson-Jordan and Steven Jordan Jr., and three half-sisters named Sade Jordan, Savannah Jordan, and Eva Giselle Jordan.

Before their split, Bonnie’s parents, for some years, claimed that they were married. However, in 2016, Stevie J confessed that they were never married and that they lied about their marital status just for the purpose of publicity. Confirming this in court documents that were made public later in the same year, Joseline explained that they were only involved in a long-term relationship and never married legally. Season five of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta chronicles the duo’s breakup.

The Custody War Over Bonnie Jordan

After Bonnie’s dad and mom parted ways, a bitter custody battle ensued. It all started in May 2019 when Stevie J filed for custody of their daughter accusing Joseline of “parental alienation,” as he claimed that she refused to allow him to see or contact Bonnie in more than one month. He also stated in court documents that he feared for the safety and general well-being of his daughter, suggesting that the singer was not fit to be a parent. The record producer went on to explain that he was more financially capable to raise Bonnie, adding that his family with his new wife, Faith Evans, would influence the little girl better.

In response, Joseline described the case as “frivolous action to try to take the child from the only home the child has known.” As the case went on, the Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star was slated to have custody of his daughter from July 28 to August 11 but Joseline broke the agreement in July and as a result, Stevie J was granted sole custody until August 15, which was their next court date. In November 2019, the case turned against Joseline as Stevie was given primary custody of their daughter. On hearing of the court’s decision on Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition, the rapper broke down in tears and mentioned that she felt like her life was falling apart.

However, Stevie’s victory was short-lived as his ex-girlfriend was temporary custody of Bonnie in order for her to continue attending school in Miami, the reality star’s home state. The arrangement did not require Stevie to pay monthly child support and it remained effective until February 2020 when the ex-couple was slated to return to court. After many months of back and forths over who’ll win custody of their daughter, Stevie J and Joseline seem to have found a middle ground and are now taking care of her in turns.

Is Joseline Hernandez Married To Ballistic Beats?

Joseline is now married to DJ Balistic Beats after they being together since 2019. You may recall that after breaking up with Stevie J. in 2016 and dating Tory Lanez, as alleged by different sources, the former Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star found love again with a music producer named Robin Ingoum aka Balistic Beats. In 2019, Joseline Hernandez got people wondering if she was already married to the producer. This was after the Puerto Rican TV personality referred to him as her husband while speaking in his defense after a lot of viewers criticized him for making an appearance on Joseline’s Cabaret Atlanta reunion special that aired on Sunday, August 1, 2021.

Afterward, videos of Balistic turning up on some of the other cast members of the show began circulating online and many trolled him on social media, expressing their disappointment. In response to the many negative comments, Joseline tweeted:

YALL STAY OUT OF MY HUSBAND PAGE WITH THE BULLSHIT. WE STAND BEHIND EACH OTHER 100% A LOT OF YOU DONT SHARE THAT TYPE OF BOND WITH YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER. BUT US -WE ARE 4 TIRES ,10 TOES,SHOCK AND AWE,YING AND YANG. YOU ALL WILL NOT UNDERSTAND. DUMMIES

— Joseline Hernandez (@MsJoseline) August 2, 2021

This got many people curious as to whether the couple had tied the knot secretly since no news of their marriage was ever heard. But the answer is no, they are not married, at least not yet. Nevertheless, describing her partner as her husband even when they are yet to officially walk down the aisle means the rapper is sure he is “The One”.

Who Is Balistic Beats and How Did He Meet Joseline?

Joseline Hernandez’s lover, as earlier stated, is a music producer. A native of Philadelphia, he is also a reality television personality and an entrepreneur. As a producer, he has worked with some big shots such as Tamar Braxton and fellow producer Prince Charles. Apart from his woman, Joseline, DJ Balistic Beats has also worked with Serayah, a singer and actress best known for playing the role of singer Tiana Brown on the TV show Empire. He worked with her alongside big-time record producer/singer/songwriter Jazzy Pha on her single “Driving Me,” according to his Instagram. Just like his better half, Beats also resides in Miami.

Although there is no information about how and when exactly Joseline Hernandez and Balistic Beats met, it is possible their meeting has something to do with both of them being in the music industry. The duo has also never revealed when they started dating but they made their relationship public on the 7th of April 2019 through an intimate video Joleline posted on her Instagram page with the caption, “He knows I love him.” In the video, the reality star is seen with her hands wrapped around Beats’ neck as she kisses him on his head.

On his own Instagram, Beats also posted a racy photo of the mother of one and captioned it “#wcw, #shetreatmelikeaking #live #love.” Even though we do not know how long the couple kept their relationship under wraps before going public, one thing is certain and that is the fact that their love for each other keeps getting stronger by the day. They have been inseparable since they revealed their relationship which explains why Joseline is proud to call Beats her husband even though they are not yet legally married.

The Puerto Rican Princess Got Engaged To Balistic On A Reality Show

Just like every other couple, Joseline Hernandez and Ballistic have encountered some ups and downs in the course of their relationship. However, despite the challenges they have had to deal with, including Joseline’s ugly custody battle with her former boyfriend and the father of her daughter, Stevie J, they have stuck with each other. That aside, they have also had to resolve issues of disrespect and there were times Joseline made Balistic feel uncomfortable by flirting with other men.

The duo appeared on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars 14, a WE tv reality series that focuses on five celebrity couples from different reality shows who have troubles saving their union or relationships. On the show, which premiered on the 6th of February 2020, Joseline and Balistic opened up about a lot of their problems and settled them. On various occasions, Balistic made it clear to Joseline that all he wanted was a woman who would treat him like a king and whom he would, in turn, treat like a queen. In the long run, Joseline, in the course of therapy, disclosed that people like her father and mother, who were supposed to commit to her ended up walking away from her. And being someone who has had to endure a lot of abuse, she feared that Balistic would end up doing the same to her.

By the time their stay at the Marriage Boot Camp was over, Ballistic and Joseline, both dressed in black, stood face to face with each other in front of a wall of roses to decide if their relationship would move on to the next phase- engagement. Having made her decision, Joseline picked a jewelry box that contained a ring for Ballistic and he also selected a box. However, when the music maker opened his own box, it was empty. This left Joseline looking confused and almost teary, but stone-faced.

He said, “I’m sorry.” Expecting a reaction but getting none from her, Balistic said, “No reaction,” and in response, Joseline told him that she was waiting on his explanation as to why he would not give her a ring. At this point, Balistic went down on one knee and said, “I want you to be with me forever. And, I did a lot of thinking. The stuff that we’ve been through, I’ve never seen anybody go through the stuff we’ve been through and still be strong like this. I love you very much and will you marry me?” Without thinking, Joseline said, “Yeah, absolutely.”

This was a major “victory” for the former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star who came on Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition with the sole aim of getting a ring from her man. She even went as far as giving him an ultimatum of some sort about taking their relationship to the next phase, threatening to take a walk if he did not. While that may not be the normal route to getting a man to pop the question, it worked in the case of Joseline and Balistic.

Speaking to Hollywood Life, the lady said she did that because she wanted him to know that she loved him and that she wanted to be his wife. Unlike most men, Balistic did not mind the ultimatum as he said he was cool with it because he loved Joseline. According to him, they were growing and getting stronger every day with all they have been through together and he was ready for the next level so Joseline’s proposal order was no problem to him.

Although the show on which the couple’s engagement was shown aired in 2020, the duo obviously got engaged before that year. On September 11, 2019, Balistic shared a screenshot of a birthday message that Joseline sent him, which she concluded by referring to herself as “Your fiancé.” Having been engaged for a while now, Joseline and Balistic are not only planning their wedding but also have plans of starting a family on their minds. On 5th February 2020, they told HollywoodLife that they were open to starting a family soon.
